4.Shipping Terms
1.We will Mark as Gift or Sample and low value.You may also be liable for customs fees, once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for these charges - we have no way of controlling or predicting them. 6.Usually, Fairing set will be shipped out after 3 Weeks of payment cleared date. However, it may take up to 4-5 business days to process your payment sometimes.
5.Return & Refunds
1.We offer No reason to return trems within 3 days after you picked up order. but this will have 30% restock fees.
2.We are not responsible for the packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.but if the shipping damage really happened,please notice us asap after received the packet, we'll give your facory cost to make replace or some time we can give free replace parts,that's depend on the speed of your feedback or damaged level of serious, if the time over 7 days, we can not give positive response.
3.Incorrect or defective item: No extra charge, we will replace them and pay return shipping charges. but please notice the list reason can not as reason for replaced or return:
3.1 "The paint color not match original bike" - please notice our fairings is after market parts,not original accessories, so if you not have special request such as send color card or fairings parts to us as your color paint work standard, we can not accept take our fairings compare with original parts.
3.2 "The faiirngs can not fit or not as same as the original parts" - Please don't worry, all our fairings model had test fitting and inspected can install on bike, and we had Pre-Drilled for install in convenient, but some time the fitting work still need make small adjust by self, if you want easy fitting works, we have injection molding option. you can choice this option to promote your fairings grade.
4.Buyer need responsible for the postage cost of returned, The item must be return in good condition with original packaging and accessories, and never installed or mounted.. We are not responsible for any lose of the returning item.
5.Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a return authorization.
